Minimal Carbon Mudguard - Spread Tow
Handmade in the UK from premium quality Carbon Fibre. The Minimal is designed as a universal motorcycle mudguard suitable for most custom applications. 100% of the design and manufacture is completed by D/MO in the UK.
Carbon fibre offers an exceptional stiffness to weight ratio. The Minimal is designed to offer great longitudinal stiffness while allowing slight lateral flexibility to comply with the motorcycle while the front suspension is fully loaded.
We use a premium quality 12K Spread Tow Carbon Fibre.
Spread Tow is manufactured using an added weaving process to spread and flatten the carbon tows. There can be minor stiffness benefits from a spreadtow but in this application it mainly offers a different aesthetic to the more common Twill look.
The Gloss Spread Tow option weighs in at sub 99g. All D/MO mudguards have an A face top and a textured B face underside. The Minimal is ready to be drilled and mounted to your motorcycle in the same way you would with a plastic or metal mudguard.
PRODUCT INFO
The Minimal measures 380mm tip to tip. It is 120mm wide, has radius of 320mm and is 2mm thick.
